Does anyone know if they are goingto open back up the northwest side of the dalrock ramp? I like that ramp and it has 4 lanes for when it is busy. It is protected from the south winds also.

The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

Someone asked this on the Bass forum. I believe the answer was that the city of Dallas will not reopen it until they are able to affect repairs to the ramp which they cant budget until MAY i think. Not sure on the date but that was the gist of it. What doesnt make since is that it would have been much easier to fix the ramp when the lake was low and it would have also been nice if they had repaired the road and parking area while it was closed. But what do I know?

NOPE! I think it goes hand in hand with how they showed their rears by not providing security at the boat ramps during last years PAA on Ray Hubbard resulting in 4 visiting Pro's Trucks being broken into. I know that you could argue that the PAA should have paid for said security but you would think the City would have a enough pride to want to put a good face forward. But then again it was just PRO FISHING nothing like the Super Bowl where the City of Arlington even went to the extent of trying to clear out the homeless to put its city's best face forward. But what do I know! soap

The city of Dallas is a gold mine for the local news. Always something for them to report on. rolfmao
