 are limb lines legal in texas?

i want to run some limbs out on the lake next weekend. i cant really tell in the book if they are legal or not. can yall help me out?

Don't think it needs a gear tag. Limb lines would be considered "throw lines", having only one attached end. Throw lines do not require gear tags. Cannot have more than five hooks.
