Ok so from some folks, im being told to go to Longhorn and fish the dam, others are telling me to go to Rocky Creek????? I've fished at Rockey Creek Before. Never been to Longhorn????

Not sure how to walk to the dam from Longhorn. It looks like it is fenced off. I am not positive on that. I do know you will have to go around the water inlet. I have fished Rocky and found crappie along with Bear and Mustang. Also the shoreline along the creek where Benbrook Marina is has produced some crappie this week.

I wouldn't mind joining you one afternoon next week I'm trying to learn skm bank spots on that lake myself. Shoot me a pm and let me know what day. I'm get off at 3 at the latest everyday

I went to benbrook yesterday for the very first time just to check it out for maybe this weekend. There were some ladies fishing the creek down from the marina but they were only catching small bream. I did see some vehicles across from the marina towards the damm but i have no idea how they got down there unless they have access to the gates. It looks like a great place to fish and alot of spots to fish. Im going to try it this weekend regardless so good luck and hope to see you guys out there

From Longhorn Ramp U can walk all the way around on the Rocks! Deep and Clear water with Major Rocks! The other way from the ramp takes U to a Deep Creek! Caught Crappie, Bass, and Bream! Good Luck!

I hit up Lake Benbrook today didn't do well plus at our last stop at a little creek I had my Backpack stolen from right behind me fishing the city sucks can't turn around for a sec.
First time I've ever had that happen live and learn.

I didn't do well at all either, this is the forth weekend in a row going and not getting a single bite

@mbell23: Went to Rocky Creek, fished from the south boat ramp, and maybe a 100 yards further south and all the bank in between.

RockyCreek is a tough place2catch fish! Never had good luck there! Better Luck@Benbrook Marina on the North End!

Man that is not good. What area of the lake were you when this happend? I have seen some ruff cut folks out there from time to time but this stinks. Most of us go fishing to get away from just the sort of stuff. Sorry about that.

We fished all the way around started by the marina then mustang to rock creek head back to the dam side and the marina didn't notice I was gone till I got back to the hotel oh we'll live and learn just not the same as where I'm from gota remember I'm in the city now not small towns where I know where I am.

Never know man I working the rig just off of 20 and winscot we've had the last day and a half off but just about to spud in for our 2nd well be about 10-15 days befor I get some time off again if all goes right.
