The tornado weather did not change the fishing on Twak that much. I doubt a little rain will do much on Hubbard. Watch the barometric pressure, that will determine a lot.

On the good side it should be steady or rising, falling barometer is usually not good. The weather men are never right though, you still have to go fishing to find out do not rely on their thoughts. Good luck.

I'm going to be out tomorrow and I don't expect it to slow down the fish. The only thing that might have an affect would be if they open the spillway too much. Last week when they had it open it slowed them down for 1 day then they bit good from then on out. I'm in a blue/white SeaFox. Come by and say hi

As of this morning the gates were letting out 500 CFS, not a lot compared to the 3200 CFS last week.
Like Champion Fish said, steady or rising barometer is "best", but I've caught fish at all levels in the past. You may need to change your retrieve rate/presentation to ultra slow if the fish are lethargic from too high pressure. Now, this is how I've had to do it in the past for LMB, I'm a newbie when it comes to the critters with stripes!

I'm going to try to find out myself. I should be out there around 8 Am. I'll be in a vintage Boston Whaler Bass Boat I just bought with a center console. Come by and holler at us.

I've the best luck at a steady Baro. I've compared it to ISolunar. Steady has been working for me.
