Went out Saturday afternoon to explore the lake.
Never been there before. Birds were roosting.
Drifted slabs over one school of fish suspended under baitfish. Nada.
Cruised the creek doodlesocking and flipping jigs for crappie and sandies. Went all the way to 1/2 mile past the bridge. No fish but a good learning experience.
