We also fished Salado....my wife caught a real nice longear, but USMC got his in the contest first!  Here is a pic of her with a nice gill she caught on Dunlap!  All fish were caught with meal worms, Gulp! meal worms or bits of nightcrawler. My wife used a bobber and I used a drop shot.

 As always!  Looks like you stayed on em both on Dunlap and the Salado.  Fishing is only going to get better.  Thanks "DR" to you and your wife for sharing your trip.
