Do they take phone orders? I have called them many times and have yet to get anyone to answer the phone(?).

Never tried phone orders, but online....they are quick to get orders out.

I know for a fact that he is not in today.... Out on the road selling plastics... I talked to him this am.. Was trying to get over and check out his store. He is a very busy guy, but he will get your online orders out very quickly! I usually get mine within 3-4 days.
