 Little after school fun with the stepson!!

Me and the boy hit the water today after school for couple hours an the crankbait bite was on. We had a great time while knocking the dust off the equipment.

It was in the Navasota river. It's a little jewel I don't like to advertise to much!! It's beautiful in there and if you like to flip its a dream come true. In about another month it'll be snatching 4-6 lbers out of tree tops non stop!!

I didn't weigh her but I figure around 7lbs. The fish I catch there are crazy thick.

Where at on the Navasota were yall fishing? I have used the boat ramp there at the state park just outside of Groesbeck. Very nice place to fish.

Looka like yall had fun. i have fished the navasota a lot, my parents live about 10 min from Ft. Parker and i graduated from groesbeck. its a good little fishery and i lost 5+ lber in there over the summer.
