I just wanted to drop a line and tell everyone about a new show we released this year called Bass West USA....... the show travels the country in search of bass, and features some of the depts from our decade and a half publication..... The show airs on The Pursuit Channel, as well as 4 other networks accross the country. Its a bit different then most shows, filmed in 1920p documentry style, with a real press on music and annimation.....airs on tuesday mornings and evenings and sat mornings on Dish and Direct tV.... we have 4 shows fimed in TX this year, and cant wait to come back!!!!!

Hoss what info???? Biased can be good!!!lol...well give me some tips, this is my first season doing this and its been sooooo much harder then i ever thought!! i say different because of the attention to quality production.....helocopters, blimp cameras, fast moving segments, edgy music, fresh appeal, western based techniques used on national public waters, docustyle filming, the cast behind the scenes are all industry professionals from SC to Holleywood......barely in the 30s........ So i truely value input for season 2.......

Here's some input. A little less attitude and a lot less replays. We don't need to recap every fish you caught three times an episode. Maybe you aren't catching enough fish? I'm from CA and I understand the vibe you are trying to throw out there. I'm just not a fan of it. Maybe I'm starting to get old. I'll keep watching and let you know what I think.

I like the show, it is always nice to see fishing on public lakes and not a 30 minute lure infomercial.
I am looking forward to some serious swimbait episodes, with Hudds, Ospreys and such.

Interesting show - some I like, some not. Tom's comment is right on the money .... and a lot less replays. We don't need to recap every fish you caught three times an episode. ... Also, if your intent is to safely promote the sport, wouldn't it make sense to at least wear your pfd's when running the outboard? This is a pet peave of mine with the majority of shows, not just yours.

Jaime, thanks for the reminder, I need to renew my subscription. I love reading the Mark Perry articles on proper weight loss techniques...

I watched my first episode the other day. I enjoyed it. The pro's pointers were weak. There is so much information about a lunker punker that should have been shared in that segment.
I think the tv people under estimate the viewers sometimes and don't believe we can see a 30 minute informercial posing as a fishing show. I'm glad your show isn't like that.
