Lots of folks seem to recommend a little vinegar and water in a spray bottle for the stains. I've personally never had it work for me...but maybe I'm too impatient with it. I tried some windex or 409 ( I forgot which) once and it worked fine. But then again, I'm a firm believer in elbow grease and the car wash.
Now, Donald...please pick John Bolton for your running mate.

I use Clorox in a pump up garden sprayer full strength. After a good soaking, I use Boat wash and a long handle scrub brush, sometimes followed by high pressure washer...

Registered: 03/06/09 Posts: 804 Loc: Kansas FSR--Fiberglass Stain Remover. It comes in a little jar, about the size of the old Pork-O jars. It works great. It is a thin (almost water) blue cream. Rub on with very little effort, and wipe or rinse off. Not affilliated with or sponsored by them but would recommend it to anyone. _________________________ Originally Posted By: JCBfromTHF Water Dogs rock!!!!!

try Star Brite spray for rust stains. They have it at Academy. This stuff removes anything. Just don't inhale the fumes.

My dad use Domex cleaner so he diluted a portion of it in water. Right after that he often use a steel brush whenever there's a dirt that's hard to bear. But oftentimes he is just using a rag with the cleaner and its fairly effective I guess.
