 tandem rigs on big baits

Whats the best way to set up a tandem rig and then hook your bait? Any photos out there? Was looking thru some interesting salt water techniques on tandems....second hook was placed behind dorsal parallel to fish like a lure.....any comments appreciated. Ive been getting some good pick-ups on whole drums around 10-12 inches. Wanna make sure the hooks are placed well.
