 Huntsville state park closed again

Got my hopes all up to go to lake raven the otherday, called the park and no one would answer. Would be nice if they leave a message that the park being closed before I drive all the way out there. The closed sign they had sitting out had the dates they are closed and it didnt even match when they are closed. Just is kinda aggervatioing.

Went today. We fished about 6hrs. Had 1 bite, and 1 fish. About 3.5 lbs. Water temp in the mid 50's.

Yea I went to conroe and caught a 4.5 pound bass and one 39 pound catfish, both using a jig lol.
