How do most bass boats have the accessories hooked up. To the cranking or the trolling batteries. If it's the trolling how are the 24 and 36 volt systems set up for the 12 volt accessories?

I'd hook all accessories to the cranking battery. Only the trolling motor s/b on the deep cycles.

Yep, all ACC to the cranking battery. The alternator will keep it hot.
The only drain you want on the trolling motor batteries is the t/Motor.

when you hook up accesories up in your boat be sure that when you kill the main power everything shuts off. I wouldn't rely on a cranking battery to maintain it's self off of the charging system in a out board motor. charge everything when you get back from the lake. Definitly all accesories should be on the cranking battery.

You may or may not have a marine radio. I just put one on my boat. It has static from the ignition system. I figure it pulls so little that I am moving it off the starting battery.
This problem has made me wonder if the fish finder performance could be effected by the engine static as well.
I know that they make resistors. I may or may not try that first. I never had luck with them in my younger days of stereos.

I have 4 batteries and have 2 for the TM only. One for cranking only, and the other is for acc. When you do this you need to connect the neg post of the cranking to the neg of the acc. This will allow your RPM's to work properly. I have a radio (Not marine just a CD player) installed and have had no problems with power. I also charge the 2 tm's and the acc battery as soon as I get home and they stay on the charger til I get ready to go again. First time on the lake at night and could not crank without help I decided to do this and have not regretted it at all. Jody ------------------
