Works very well, Have cooked Chickens so far, will cook Turkeys for Thanksgiving using one. Moist and Tender with crispy skin. Used Cajun Butter injection bought at Academy.

I've got one and will be firing it up for Thanksgiving turkey.
Never liked fried turkey. Big Easy cooks the same as fried without the grease taste or clean up. Best turkey you'll ever eat.

Never liked fried turkey. Big Easy cooks the same as fried without the grease taste or clean up. Best turkey you'll ever eat. ^^^^this....plus you can do a whole lot more than just Turkey just Goggle sizzle on the grill / charbroil for a ton of recipes and forums.

i always brine the turkey for 12-24 hours before frying, turns out best ... should work for this method also
regards albertking catfishing is now an industry ... it's best for the industry to eat baby catfish
