 Yamaha 115 won't crank or tilt

I think I blew a fuse on my 2003 Yahaha 115 as it won't crank, the electric choke doesn't click and the tile/trim doesn't work.
I can't find the correct fuse to replace...is there a standard place where this thing is hiding???

Hi David I had the same problem a couple of years ago. Pull the cover and on the upper left side of the engine near the front is a fuse block. Inside the block look for a yellow mini fuse. Replace it and you should be good to go. I you don't find it let me know and I will take pics tomorrow. Jim

Well, I got around to pulling the cover and it looks differently from your engine mine is a V-4 115hp....there were two visible fuse holders (with spare fuses). I checked both of them and they looked OK. If I have it right, my starter is on the right of the engine, just in front of the oil reservoir.  right side of the engine  right front of engine  left side of engine. clearly visable is the engine throttle and throttle stop.  left side towards front
