I'm trying to add an additional Lowrance sonar, like an LMS 334 or LMS 522, with an HD5 and Network these together. The LMS 334 has a "network" connection and the LMS 522 has a "ethernet" and and "network" connector. Not sure which of these I should get to connect and network. Any help would be appreciated.

It depends on how connected you want them. The ethernet will let the hds and 522 share sonar.
For the units listed to share wpts you will have to use the network.

one more thing to add, I would go with the 522c because it used the same nmea 2000 connections. example T's and cords. They both used the red/blk nmea connections.. if you go with the 334c you will have to get a nmea adaptor to hook with the 334c, because it takes the old big blue nmea cord's.

Thanks Guys. I've got an old X125 on the console that is routed through the NMEA on my 2006 Triton and think the old cables are the Blue connectors which I wonder if I could just connect the 334c to these or better yet to upgrade the entire thing.
