Thinking about buy this t/m: MotorGuide Wireless Series, Fresh Water 75 Lb Thrust, Variable Speed, 24V, 48" Shaft, With Built-In Sonar Transducer W75L-48,

what type of lowrance do u suggest to get to go with it? I currently have a garmin 160c on console(kinda sucks still trying to get it dialed in). i mostly fish for cats, crappie, sandbass, not much lm. so any recomendations, will have about $300 budget. also have hand held gps on boat i use for waypoints. what units are compatible with this t/m? the specs on t/m say "most" lowrance units, but doesnt specify. fyi not real familiar with lowrance units different type transduscers. thanks

This link should help answer your question. Note:On the 6 pin connectors, you will not need any type of adapter cable. The list shows which units use the 6 pin as well as the 7 pin connectors.
