It is called Plasti-Dip and I have bought it at Payless before. Lowes or Home Depot may carry it. Here is their website: http://www.plastidip.com/ Bob

EVER NOTICE HOW THE TIPS OF THE DIVIDERS IN YOUR DISHWASHER GET RUSTY AFTER AWHILE AND YOUR WIFE STARTS TO HOLLAR FOR A NEW DISHWASHER OR BASKET? FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE SAME RUBBER DIP. I USE THE ONE CALLED LIQUID ELECTRICAL TAPE. COMES IN WHITE AND WILL DO A GOOD JOB ON THE RACK. AND MAKE YOU A HERO.
