learning about how to care for the reef was the biotch, it took me years of reading and practice! once you get the idea of how to care for it, then the difficult part is finding the needed time for all the routine maintenance and testing. its not that hard, just freaking time consuming and expensive as all get out! the pay off is major tho. being able to look into a small piece of living and thriving reef in your living room is a really good feeling. but then you think about the money and time you put into it and it makes you wanna cry!!!

Craft beer. ( I run a craft beer website along with Bret, see the sig. Kind of a growing thing in the local craft beer scene. )
Nerd out.
Gaming.
Read, and also Write fiction. ( Fantasy, as well as modern thriller, also non fiction books about craft beer, angling, etc. )
Considering how hot it's been, angling is practically an off-topic hobby at this point!
This time of year? Football. Watch that is, I've had too many beers for a while to play lol.

Goodkind's a favorite of mine, too. Never did quite finish Sword of Truth, and now his new one's out! Guess I gotta do that, lol.

Used to read a lotta Tom Clancy, too, but haven't read anything he's done for a while.

The SOT ended awesome. The new one The Omen Machine was awesome as well. It picks up right were Confessor left off. New bad guys, new characters, same characters you loved from SOT.

Yeah, I gotta re-read Confessor, lost the book and never finished it. Then grab Omen Machine.

Loved rainbow six! and delta force back in the day. The kid games xbox but i prefer PC.

I'm a big Goodkind fan, also Robert Jordan and George R.R. Martin. Donny should appreciate this one.

My son started playing soccer and I've been getting wrapped up in it with him. Practicing every night after work has been a great way to get the kid and myself off the xbox/pc and have some quality time and exercise.
