The only way the guys will learn a lesson or possibly slow down their actions is if their pictures are posted all over the place. Put warning signs up at all the marinas with their pictures.

If you think that people are running over you now, wait untill the McDonald's Tournament in a few weeks. The lake being low and people coming from out of state, it will be a mad house out on the lake. I wonder how many boats will get damaged from the stumps.

C'mon man, he's probably sold the place and the new owners can't figure out where their furniture is going!...LOL

Can't say as I blame you though.

"Its the dismal tide..." (to quote one of my favorite movies). But seriously, its a big mess and fishermen are no different. Its not just Lake Fork, its everywhere. I've drawn boaters in BFLs who have pulled stuff like this and I just have sit down and shake my head, hoping the other boat knows Im not part of it. The guys my age and younger seem to be the worst.

We all stumble and make mistakes. When you stumble, do you want your brother to help knock you down or to help set you back on your feet?

I say post the pics. Just for the simple fact that it might save these guys from an arse beating down the road. Maybe if they see their pics posted up and realize they have been exposed, maybe they'll think twice about coming up on somebody again.

Man that's just unacceptable. Especially when Pake is there. When I see a boat with a kid I will tell them where to go and what to throw if it looks like they aren't catching and I am. Last time at fork I gave a kid a couple lures because he didn't have what they were biting. Post the pic, between all of us on here that fish fork we can make this guy change his outlook on crowding people. I also frequent a couple hunting forums. I've seen more than once where people posted trail cam pics of trespassers and the guy pictured ended up getting on the forum and apologizing or make excuses after someone who knew them told them about it.

I say post the pics. It will be fun to ridicule them.

Bad and rude behavior for sure especially in the presence of a little kid. But this has happened for a long time. On the pines when I was a kid in 72 we pulled up on our spot and the fish were there on the mid-lake hump. I caught a bass right away and Dad helped me get it unhooked. While he was was trying to put the TM down I caught another.

A husband and wife team fishing a tourney that weekend from 2-300 yards away saw this and cranked up their boat and came in right on top of us throwing right in front of our boat. That spooked the fish and we didn't catch anymore.

From that moment I always understood why he was so secretive and would make us kids pretend to be worming whenever a potlicker boat came by scoping us out.

Post the pics - regardless of the quality. Maybe public humiliation can help separate the rude from the stupid.
