How about east of 377? All kidding aside. We've been catching fish 10 to 30 feet deep on Lewisville. One day the bite is better in 10 to 15 feet. Next day it might be 20 to 25. It's always best to spend some time driving around looking at your fish finder. If you're not marking any fish in a particular area, you'll likely not catch many fish there. We've also been catching all of our fish during the day. That might make a bit of a difference. Good luck out there and let us know how you do.

Ok. Let's say the boat is launched, bait is caught, rods are all rigged up. Just find some 10 to 20 ft water and drift away? Never really found fish on my own. So I'm hoping I can find some tonight.

Well, we have a very rudimentary fish finder. Small garmin unit, but it Atleast gives good depth, but I'm not expecting to mark many fish.

Text me when you hit the water. I'll be on EM but I may be able to share what depth they're at over here. It might help.

Step #2. Park Vehicle.

Thanks Bob. I usually don't park the vehicle. I usually launch, and just leave the boat at the ramp. Makes it easier to trailer the boat when were done.
