Ya'll don't laugh too hard but I have a question. I have been fishing the Packery Channel just off of Hwy 361, the new channell that just opened up also on the opposite side of the hwy with not much luck and everyone down there said fish Pac Channel, So I though I was there. But I read here and hear you talking just down from Clem's that is a ways from where I was at. I use light and generator the works. Should I be just down from Clems or at the new channel and if I need to be by Clem's where is this park at, and what bait to use. Would a kayak help the situation out? thanks 817-368-1142

packery channel is rather vague. what i think most mean is, fish the packery channel jetties that are in gulf waters. take the first beach access road and you'll see them.

You can fish all over there, depending on the season. Their are those flats behind mustang island, or those channels, whether it be around the jetties, all the way back to other other side of the island.
