My friends have two different Lowrance units and they are both currently stating on the GPS screen "GPS not Responding". It is not showing the chart. Any suggestions how to fix or what possibly could be the cause would be greatly appreciated. If a fix is needed is there any place locally that they could take the units for repair.

check wiring to the puck.It is probally bad .

I had a problem similar to yours, I would turn the power off, take your mapping card out, put it back in and power back up and see what happens!
