River is low, but it's OK to run. Not sure about launching at Jefferson though. The State Park and Hwy 43 ramps should be OK.

I wouldn't run that boat in your picture from Jefferson down to Caddo. The water is low and there are lots of trees you will hit. I'm hitting quite a few in a flatbottom. I'd put in at the state park and run up river.

How low is the river? Can you launch a bass boat in jefferson and run the river all the way to caddo lake witout any trouble right now? You'll ride right past my deer lease! There are deeper cuts in the river, then there are some shallow ones around the sandbars. The river in Jefferson looked pretty low last weekend. When the river it at normal level it's okay to run.
