I spotted this thing here in Vegas at a local international food market. While the picture doesn't show a reference, that outer burner is nearly 12" across and the inner burner is 6" with both of them being independently adjustable with a High Pressure regulator for the propane tank. $60.00 is all they are asking for it! I may just have to buy one just to check it out. I have dellusions of getting a 100 quart pot boilin' in less than 5 mins.

How big of a propane tank do you need for a burner that size?

That's impressive. Any idea what the dimensions on the outer ring coming up off legs are?

It probably would boil in 5 minutes but the problem may be the bottom of the pot melting in 4... Ha!

Yeah, that is a low pressure burner. It is like lighting a lot of matches under it. It might keep a big pot warm but I am not sure it would even bring it to a boil. The real solution is to hook about 3 high pressure burners together.
