I have a 77 evinrude 115hp cheaking it to make sure it starts no problem noticed water pump not working go to turn off a buzzer goes of at the shift is the water pump out ? what now? Now the buzzer comes on when I turn the key HELP PLEASE

Probably an over heat alarm. Do you mix gas or have a remote tank? If it goes off while cool then you may be low on oil.

Then I would say and overheat alarm. Pull the lower and change it out.
