On my 01 it was on the passenger side valve cover. Have you looked there?

Yep on the passenger side valve cover. It just slips into the rubber gromet and there is a hose that slips over the top of it. Also follow the tube around to the back of the thottle body there will be another rubber elbow that needs inspecting now and then to make sure it doesn't have any cracks or signs of deterioration.
