Fish Hauler runs a 24' Carolina Skiff, so he'd be the man to talk to for sure, and he's in the Waco area.

I have been fishing out of a 19' center console carolina Skiff since 1993. I love it, makes a great catfising boat, they are stable clean up easy, are very simple and customizable and have alot of room.
Only drawback I think really is rough wet ride, but it doesnt bother me.

Cons Plain Jane. Limited built in storage Not a very tough, impacts will damage almost very time Ride can be wet, driver can minimize this. Boat rattles itself apart, you must tighten everything once a month b

I realize it isnt the perfect boat, but I have never had to tighten a screw or bolt that I didnt take out, and the boat has been fishing choke canyon, which is as log stump filled as any lake and it is in pretty good shape.
