Anybody fishing evenings at Texoma for striper? Any top water action? Me and my buddies do a once a summer trip around this time and I haven't fished up there since spring. Thanks for any info

Haven't been out past noon since early June. I have heard there is more top water action in the eves than on the mornings which has been zip..nada..nothing.
