I'm tired of the little 2 an 3lb cats where can I catch those huge cats that are at least 10 or 15 I want a good fight for once

Best advice I can give you is to hire a guide this winter for a trophy Blue trip. Big catfish can be caught this time of year, but not very consistently in my opinion. Its hard to catch big fish in the summer, for me anyway, so I "summerize" my boat until September. Summerizing is like winterizing for storage. The dead cold of winter is the best time for big fish.
