I like trees. I have cried over the loss of trees as recently as a year or two ago. We had about 6 very large and old loblolly pines on our property and around our house that where weakened by the on going drought. Had to cut those trees down and I miss them very much.

To the first question I would start with the Motl case. If you have further questions then by all means talk to a lawyer. grin

Generally though the vegetation line is the guideline.

Yesterday you brought up the previous case in the other forum attempting to use it to insenuate there must be fire because there was smoke. I simply reported the rest of the story as Paul Harvey would say. I would be glad to have you show me where I condemned wardens.

I have suggested it is time to quit condemning, smearing and besmirching a man with insenuation for whatever your motivation and wait until you have something substantive.

In light of the various and conflicting reports I say no. Lets wait and see if the state in fact makes an allegation.

Wow so a persons own account in his own words is not substantive? I am sure when it comes time to tell his story in a legal situation the story will be more in line with the guides story. As they (the guides), have been down this road before and know how to spin it. So you can continue to defend this scab of a person because in the end you will be justified. Still it is not right by any standard.

Robbie,
When your sucking wind (do to lack of O2) and eating human flesh (due to lack of other animals) Remember the Trees. I know, it's not likely to happen in your lifetime so it must be ok.

Fish Zombie,
Like many who can't use reason, you want the reasonable to go away.

I guess I just expect too much from my fellow man. Whose lives I do respect.

You would not recognize it if it bit you in the butt, LOL. Reckon in this case it just might be easier to teach a pig to sing!!! laugh
