Every once in a while I build a custom rod. Sadly, it's always seem like it's for someone else. It has been a long time since I built one for myself. Well, can't wait to test this 8 footer that feel as if it can yank a 3#er right in the boat, yet light and sensitive enough to enjoy the dinks. It's something to do when I am dreaming about being out on the water...  8 foot of finess muscle
