Does anyone fish this lake?
Any catfish?
PB - 35# Blue Catfish Alexx PB - 7 lbs. Blue Catfish As far as Paul is concerned, he is my Bro. Lay off him. All is good. I might be in, just to hang with Paul. Sounds like a party.

I fish it fairly regularly. Lots of good channels in it, I hear there are good blues too. I've never targeted blues there myself, but I hear they're in there. I usually fish on the point in the city park by the dam. Lots of shad in there too. Let me know if you want to go out there. I'll go wet a line with ya.

You should do good. I fish it regularly and have never been skunked. You catch any good sized ones out of there or mostly box fish?

I'm panning on fishing Waxahachie with my 5 year old Grandson Saturday morning around 830am or so till around noonish Soren, if you want to bring your son out, I just bankfish with him so he can play until its time to reel one in.
Love to share the bank with any of you folks if ya want to come out.

Talked with catfishHunter at Waxahachie Lake tonight. He may give a report. I live in Waxahachie, and I usually get skunked at this lake. Daniel took me fishing at Waxahachie Lake in April and I got 3 blues and 2 channel cats. For myself, I do not need to catch fish, but I have grandchildren, and they don't catch fish when they go with grandpa. I have a boat and a fish finder, but no fish. Any tips for the grandkids would be appreciated.

Largest so far is 26lbs. I bet there are some over 40 in the lake.

Well,we ended the day up with a cooler full of nice eaters.We arrived at 2:00 and the bite was good from then to about 6:00 when it slowed down.Took some Photos but im having a bit of trouble posting them(never done it before).I will try again tonight.
