1 cup miracle whip, 3/4 cup real mayo, 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish, 1/2 large onion grated, juice of i fresh lemon, black pepper to taste
we usually do not measure any of this just guess at it but the above will be close

16 oz jar of Hellmans mayo dill pickles chunked up...not diced big yellow onion chopped (chunky) garlic powder black pepper a dash of salt my sister puts a little parsley in hers...meh. put in fridge an hour or so prior to eating. We don't measure anything on this just kinda eyeball to your liking.

All the recipes mentioned are great..I do the same, and I add Sweet Mesquite Smoked Paprika...

I use Powered Jalapeno for mine...alot of folks use cayenne pepper..Start with alittle and then add...

Good mayo Dried minced onion Dill pickle relish or fine chopped dill pickles Capers chopped up Ground cayenne pepper
Eye ball it.
Very popular on my street when we fry fish like trout, redfish or flounder.
