I just wanted to pass the word that the San Luis Pass pier was totally distroyed from the storm. Please support them in their efforts to rebuild. This pier is an important part of fishing in our area.

We fished the San Luis Pass this past weekend and saw the damage that Claudette left. We bought our bait, etc from the bait house just across the toll bridge on the west side. Very nice people in that area and it looked like they've been working hard to clean up the mess they had been left with. I would love to spend more time down that way, if I could ever win the lotto... !
