The wind kept us from going out on Bardwell, so I'm looking for a good spot to bank it with the kid. I want to try a different lake. Any suggestions?

We did alright on Lake Waxahachie yesterday Soren.
At least the poles kept bending enough to keep us busy.
Not sure how far you want to drive.

I banked Waxahachie Creek yesterday. Caught 5 channels 12", a ton of sandbass, and a small drum, all on minnows. Seen a bunch of perch in there so you could catch some of those to use as cut bait to target the bigger cats.

Wish I could go with ya, I got a "low wind day" pass yesterday. I still have some wind damage I have to take care of today.
