There are instructions on page 2 ot this section under the thread "How do I add pictures?" Good Luck
You need to open a photobucket account, its free. Once you get you pics in you photo bucket album all you need to do is hover over the selected picture. You will get 4 drop down boxes under the pic. Simply click on the bottom box (IMG). This copies the pic. Go back to your TFF post and right click and hit paste. Done deal from there.
