Unload at Popes landing or Lake Fork Marina. Take off south and pass under the FM 17 bridge. Go up in shallower water with some minnows and chunk 'em close to the stumps all around the shoreline. Should be around 6' of water. That worked for us about a week ago, and I don't think they would have moved out of the area just yet.

You can always stop by Lake Fork Trophy Lures at the corner of Hwy 69 and Hwy 515 in Emory. They can tell you what the crappie are hiting on and where the hot spots are. We also have one of the hottest crappie lures around - our "Live Baby Shad" It comes in 30 colors and is catching everything!! Crappie World Magazine named it one of "Hottest New Crappie Lures for 2011!! Check us out online at www.LFTlures.com

Best plastic bait on the market bar none! Chartreuse Ice is my favorite! Get some and you will catch more fish!
