Heading out to do some bank fishing this afternoon. anyone ever fish martin creek state park? it has a power plant so the waters warm. i figured the bass would be in the shallows.

The last time out there we caught em out about 8-12', but that was a couple months ago. You may still find some up shallow guarding some late fry. Good luck!

The park is on the Cold side and from the community dock you can see the cold water intake. That dock is usually a great place to catch some bass but with the lake way down it could be tough. You can also go across the bridge and fish the banks around the island on the left hand (East) side of the island the creek is right next to the bank and it should be obvious Could be some good fish there as well.
