went to a nice size pond off highway 290, in Waller.

pulled in a new lmb personal best of 5 lb not huge, but it damn sure made my day!

Same pond. Yesterdays only two, bout a 2.5lb bass and i reckon a good size crappie

The very top one had some good camo. You cant even see the eyes. I think those are called beer bass and always help make a good time. You get a great buzz off of em. cheers

thanks everyone, i know this pond has some biggins in it. Reason being is that it was dug out to build the overpasses for 290..fellow that owns the land says its 50ft + deep. Not to mention youll see huge lunkers jumping out of the water from time to time.


the exit is James R Museum Pkwy cant miss is it.
