If I could get yalls opinion on something. This weekend me and a buddy are taking the boat to twok. Neither one of us have every been there before. Is anyone willing to give any advice on a good place to launch and fish. We were planning on fishing the shallows but like I said. We've NEVER even been on the water there.

There is a tourny this weekend. Alot of people will be there. Im sure alot of info will not be on here on were to fish. Goodluck to ya.

I posted some ramp information on the other forum. Fishing locations might be hard to obtain with the tourney this weekend. I wouldn't expect much info until after Sat.

You would be able to get some real good info Saturday nite, or come to the weigh in at the tourney and talk to some of the guys

As of now Saturday is looking nasty but sunday is looking OK. Wish it was the other way around.

What size boat are you putting in?
Are you just going to fish for cats shallow?
Couple of things I can tell you is watch out for stumps in the middle of the lake they should be visible now .
At normal lake levels just south of the two mile bridge the stumps are just below the waters surface,and where you would least expect them.
If you are just going for cats shallow Finger point, and North of two mile bridge all the way up to Pawnee are a good bet.

+1 and 1 of them is almost as big as a vw bug !can you imagine how big the base is !!!
