I'm thinking about going to Kaufmancity lake if anyone wants to tag along. I havent been there in several months, this time last year the Saturday before Easter I caught a few over 7. Shoot me an e-mail and I'll get with you this evening after I fish Whiterock Lake.

fishman...
After you get back, shoot me an email and let me know what youy impressions are of Kaufman as far as holding a tourney there.
IE., enough parking, ramp fees, do we need permission from anyone, etc.?

Everything would be cool except you are required to have a Kaufman City permit. It goes for about $10 or 15 and it's good for a year. Other than that it's a perfect size tube lake. You could kick all the way around it if you wanted to. Boats can not get up on plane, not to mention there are not many there. The stringer limits would be huge to win. It would be awesome!
