Went to Benbrook after work and was joined by JD SlabSlayer he called me and said he tied some new pattern of jig we got to the lake around 3pm we had a good time about an hour before sunset it was pretty good action. Here is one of the JD SlabSlayer signature series,they catch fish.  Here is one big one caught by JD.  A few more is not a crowd.

Well you guys did a good job. Seems like every time I go out there I don't catch any fish, and thats my home lake. Any pointers?

Well you guys did a good job. Seems like every time I go out there I don't catch any fish, and thats my home lake. Any pointers? Just keep going. Try to keep a little mental note of your approach/presentation,if you fish the same areas and go often and catch no fish,it's probably not an area they use for feeding. I could write a bookon just this little deep resevior, and still not know enough as far as I think I should. Good luck maybe I will see you out there sometime.

I been telling them that same thing. These two guys alone, or together are a definate threat. I am impressed, and amazed every time I've fished with either one of them. Good looking jig JD, It looks like it was "proofed" yesterday. Good to see you guys.

Craig Just waiting on an invite from the Slabslayer, and the Sac-A-Lait whisperer!  You know how it goes man, everytime I "plan" to go fishing something else always comes up. I guess I need to stop planning....Really the Lower unit (gears) are starting to go on the ole JRude. I've been trying to adjust the ole girl, but it looks like I'm all out of adjustment and have to replace gears, or find another good used lower unit.....$$$$$. If you have an open seat holla at ya boy...My numbers are still the same.
