Your either going to be forced to shoot them, and possibly get the death penalty, or take one of the worst beatings you have ever taken, because not everyone will just run when a pistol is throw in thier face

The drunk I dealt with had a small hammer in is hand and was storming across miller rd cussing about "killin dis dumb whiteboy", the word "kill" caused me to repond accordingly.

He was arrested for possesion of a controlled substance and P.I., can't recall what what the substance was(I was kinda freaked out). Point is, call the cops if you aren't sure. They have the right to do something about it.

Last night I watched this clip and it made me think, last year I was fishing in Denton creek and got snagged in a spot that I know there is nothing there. When I paddled over it this strange line showed up on my depth finder 2 days later I went back out and it was gone. I bet it was a gill net. Thanks for the post I�m going to keep my eye out for this in the future.

Gill nets are illegal here. I had a private lake years ago and caught a bunch of illegals gil netting hundreds of bass. You can use a throw net for shad but not for any other type of fish. You must have odd gun laws. We are wide open here but if you even flash the butt you are off to jail until you can prove you were threatened with a weapon. One of the five justified shootings here is if someone points a gun at you first then you can drop them like a rock. Stay safe whatever you do.

Ok ya'll, lets not forget why this video was put together. If I would have known it was cause this kind of reaction I would not have put it together. Illegal castnet users keep game fish. If you're not keeping game fish, don't worry about it. If a game warden approaches you and you have nothing to hide, don't worry about it. Let's just enjoy the informative nature of these videos.

I said I wouldn't allow someone to go thru my gear, never threatened/intimidated anyone. Someone brought up holding someone with a net at gun point, I simply disagree. My point was nobody without a badge is gonna have a say in where or how I catch my bait. Not everyone with a castnet is doing things illegally, and most everyone I fish with carrys...including many of you. You can call the cops/wardens, but you should make sure laws are being broken first. Otherwise your just wasting my tax/license money.
