There is a small lake behind the chapel hill food fast, I've been fishing from the road there for years. Even launched a small flat bottom a time or two. It wasn't posted the last time I was there. And have always done real good. Good luck

Also I've done good at just about all of the Sabine river bridges. Especially the hwy 14 bridge almost in Hawkins. About 15 minutes from Tyler.
