get a kid, friend, or elder addicted to fishing for the sake of "organized" fishing. twpd is letting no license fee for twpd parks and areas to promote for this year. remmeber kids a blind to the factors of fishing, so if trip one didnt work out (and even if it was awsome) make sure #2 is there. give away one of your honey holes, to have a lasting impression in thier head. just make sure never to give them your $150+ reel, or your "lucky hard bait".
