I don't know if this has been discussed before, but it does seem like Rhino liner could get really hot in the summer.

Seems it would be really hot and not comfortable to barefoot in.

Durabak is not as bad on your feet as you may think (don't like to be bare foot in a fishing boat, but have been). As for heat, my Durabak boat is cooler then my go-fast boat with tan carpet.

i had a 21' nitro bass boat with liner on the decks, it killed your feet, turned into an ice rink when temps were below 0, and yes it gets real hot. buttt it is super easy to keep clean. i would not recomend it to someone who bass fishes on their feet all day but it would be great for an aluminum boat or somethin

There's a company in Houston that installs the rubberized coating, from people who have it, it must be really good and durable. I'll try to dig up the name.
I never want carpet in my boats again, there's a better way.
