I need directions for a good spot on Tawakoni to catch some big blues. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Times, bait, etc.

Thanks

There doesn't appear to be any roads back into the Finger Point area for fishing off the bank. You might call Anchor Inn Marina at 1-800-282-2968 or 903-447-2256 which is located just north of Finger Point and ask them if Finger Point is accessible by vehicle/foot.

Good luck.

if you are looking for big cats, on tawakoni?
I can help!!!!!!!!!!!!

i will give you one good spot , but you will have to book a trip to get a couple more.

place your boat rigt in the midlle of wrist point and arm point go out till you hit 36 ft of water. that will put you close to the trees but not quite.
with a south wind and some big cut bait ealry in the morning or after dark,.
you will find a few nice blues..use a drift sock if you have to ,

note, use FRESH shad, in fillet style
7 to 9 ot hook.

be patient and quiet.

i hope this helps. Jim
