My biggest bass this year came via a 5" white worm sight fishing a few weeks ago early in the morning.

I use white plastics when I'm sight fishing or trying to mimic baitfish, like with a swimbait or a swim jig. One of the best trailer colors for me when strokin' a jig.

I use them a lot on a carolina rig when I know a lake has a lot of shad. It has become my go to color when others fail.

no no no, what he ment to say was that they dont work and you need to send them all to me to dispose of them!
but seriously, hes dead on. white is my number one go to color stick bait year round. the water needs to be fairly clear, if you have any hydrilla around you, throw it weightless around that stuff and let it do the work.

99% of bites this past weekend came on white. even at night(under the lights of course). shad look white. i flip white tubes, i throw white senko style baits, and also white jigs. lots of white baits. cranks, topwaters(bone).. etc.
only time I dont get bites on white, is when they are keyed in on craws.

wow ok guys im impressed . i will keep plugging at it . i knew white spinner baits were a good choice for many and when i saw these white worms i grabbed them quickly ..the guy told me he would probably have thrown them away anyway hehe . i am seeing alot of shad being chased and thats why i have been trying the white lately , i guess its just a matter of time . thanks to all who responded

hey...if after awhile you're still not catch'n them on the white baits drop a few motor oil colored worms in the bag...the color will bleed over to the white worms and create a more subdued color that may get you a few more bites...just a thought...
