Ive been through this same process myself a couple times recently. You will need to have the copy of the title, fill out the required info such as milleage, and then sign in the correct places, make sure that if the truck is titled to two people, even a man and wife that both sign it or the purchaser wont be able to get a new title. I believe that is all that is required.

I sold a car on autotrader.com a few years ago. I paid cash for it so I had the title in hand and just signed the title over to the new owner and they took it to the tax office and had it titled in their name without any problems.

There's also a title transfer form you need to IMMEDIATELY send in (get one at the tags office) if the person is not going to put the title in their name right away, or if you are unsure they will change the title right away. This keeps you from being responsible if the new owner gets a ticket or something!!
